Mediation is a fraction of the comparative cost of litigation

The fee will reflect the complexity and quantum of the dispute, the extent of background reading required  and other incurred expenses.

Once we know the context of your dispute, either through a telephone consultation or using our pre-mediation form, we will issue a fee proposal. This will be based on a full day mediation (8 hours) with an hourly rate for overruns.

The scope and fee will be agreed and reflected in an Agreement to Mediate, which both parties will sign beforehand.

The fee will be payable equally by each party, normally by the legal advisers, in advance.

On-line mediation saves you personnel time, travelling expenses and cost of venue hire.
